NEFES KITCHEN

At Nefes kitchen, in line with our general ethos at the Perfumed Garden, we take a more slow paced approach to food. We aspire to build a temple dedicated to the gods of taste, beauty and pleasure. Sourcing everything locally and taking our ques from nature with seasonal dishes and ingredients.

We prepare our food with intention and love. Inspired by local and foreign cuisines we won’t fall into this and that category but rather allow ourselves to play and create. 

At the heart of our kitchen is the concept of community.

 

Food has always been a means of bringing people together, for that we have decided to build one large table for twenty people and serve our food every night as if it were one big dinner party.


Hosting guest chefs and artist collaborations along with other communal cooking events. We aim to create a special and unique dinning experience paying attention to every detail from the dinner wear, ambiance and food.

Our weekly menu will be uploaded here; specially crafted and planned based on the products of our own vegetable garden and seasonal meals.For overnight guests: During retreats our kitchen will serve breakfast, A lunch snack and dinner. 


All meals will be prepared by our staff and placed on our communal dinner table which was built to fit the entire capacity of our retreat. 


We are glad to discuss with you the details around time and ingredients. Our kitchen is locally sourced and seasonal therefore we can provide menu ideas according to what is availble in farmers markets at the time.
